Bahçelievler 3017 Çeşme – A Seamless Lifestyle by the Sea

Where we bring together architectural aesthetics and modern comfort under one roof Bahçelievler 3017 Çeşme We began construction on our project in November 2021. After an intensive and meticulous process, we completed and delivered this special project in May 2022.

Thanks to its second-row location by the sea, our building boasts an unobstructed, breathtaking ocean view, and we’ve placed this unique vista at the heart of our architectural vision. Since we did not want to disrupt the integrity of the view with walls or traditional window frames, we implemented a special corner design where glass meets glass. This allows residents sitting in our sea-view rooms to enjoy an uninterrupted view, especially during the winter months.

Design and Exterior Aesthetics
To preserve the building’s exterior aesthetics and avoid disrupting the integrity of the landscape, we did not include shutter systems in this project. Anticipating that the use of shutters at the delicate point where the two panes of glass meet would negatively impact the building’s aesthetics, we prioritized design integrity.
