Yeşilkaya Stone Villa – A Story of Rebirth in Alaçatı

Where Traditional Alaçatı Stone Architecture Meets Modern Living

Yeşilkaya Stone Villa, In Alaçatı—one of the areas in Çeşme with the most enchanting atmosphere— this project involved completely revitalizing a 20- to 25-year-old building that had fallen into disrepair, located in the Bahçelievler Complex of the Yalı Neighborhood, by blending modern architectural principles with traditional elements.

Process and Project Discipline
Our journey toward rebirth began with meticulously managed official and bureaucratic processes. The completion of the permits and documentation required for the demolition work was finalized within approximately two weeks.

In March 2023, we obtained our building permit and quickly moved on to the foundation phase. After a record-breaking and disciplined five-month construction process, we completed our villa in mid-July, down to the last detail, and delivered it in a fully finished, comfortable, and move-in-ready condition.

Structural and Technical Features of the Yeşilkaya Stone Villa

• Architectural and Aesthetic Fabric: The architecture features the Alaçatı style, using natural stone to reflect the region’s unique spirit. Custom-designed, aesthetically pleasing wrought-iron railings were chosen for the balconies.
• Safety and Earthquake Resistance: The building's structural system was constructed in compliance with current earthquake regulations (0); a 24/7 security camera infrastructure has been installed throughout the building.
• Climate Control and Superior Comfort: In addition to the underfloor heating system, high-end Vaillant heating and cooling systems have been integrated to provide ideal climate control year-round.
• Smart Home Automation: Smart home systems compatible with today's technology have been integrated into the infrastructure to provide remote access and comfort.
• Carpentry and Exterior Wall Insulation: Linea Rossa aluminum window and door frames, which offer high thermal and sound insulation and stand out for their aesthetic design, have been used.
• Landscaping and Automatic Irrigation: An automatic irrigation system has been installed to provide effortless and regular maintenance of the garden area.
